Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Velaro, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 24 hours before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

By placing an order with Velaro, you acknowledge and agree to this processing period before your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

UK Delivery Options

Free Delivery

FREE on all UK orders £125 and above

  • Fully tracked
  • Delivery on the next working day after dispatch*
  • Delivery company will provide tracking updates and delivery notifications

Standard Delivery

  • Tracked UK delivery
  • Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch

Delivery Information

  • Delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday–Friday) and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
  • While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a local collection point. Please follow the courier's guidance to avoid your parcel being returned to us.
